The use of behavioural instruments in climate policy raises a range of theoretical, ethical, and practical questions. Furthermore, in the design of behavioural instruments, practical limitations curtail the full-fledged implementation of theoretical and ethical insights. This workshop brings together interdisciplinary perspectives on the use of behavioural public policy, including nudges and boosts, in response to the climate crisis.
The workshop is part of the Nudging for Climate research project, which is an interdisciplinary research project, funded by the Strategic Research Council of Finland bridging behavioural and social sciences and philosophy in the study of behavioural instruments in climate policy.
The workshop is fully hybrid, free of charge, and open to all. Registration is necessary for attendance.

On-site at the University of Turku
Room information will be sent to people who choose the on-site attendance option in the registration. In addition to rail and bus connections across Finland, Turku (TKU) is connected to Stockholm, Rome, and Gdansk by air, and to Stockholm by ferry. Turku has convenient bus and rail connections to the Helsinki-Vantaa (HEL) airport, which connects to all major airports.
